Camping Pine Valley Style

Pine Valley was a huge success this summer. We had a great time with the entire family. We are only sorry that Angela and Chad and Eli and the boys were unable to attend. Maybe next time!

Here are a few of the gifts we opened christmas morning. Eli recieved his usual USC gifts: a poncho, pool stick and golf club covers.

I got many good gifts. Corey got me socks, and slippers and Eli got me a down bedspread. Very soft.

Corey made out this year. He got a new golf bag, clothes to last him a lifetime and basketball stuff. He really like the BYU shirt Tyler gave him.

Thanks to all for our gift exchange gifts. They were awesome!

Corey beat me at horse for the first time at Eli's brothers house Hug. He wanted to make sure to let everyone know. You think he could have let me win on my birthday.

WHATS NEW IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

Corey brought a date to the USC game, she was a very nice, polite young lady. My baby is getting so old. Her name is Amy and she plays on the schools volleyball and softball team. Dont they make a cute couple. Actually they are just friends, but I think Corey would like to get to know her better.

Summer Basketball

Corey had a basketball tournament in Long Beach this weekend. I tried getting some video but it didnt turn out to clearly so when you watch it, just know he's in there somewhere.

The team went 1-1 losing to a team of giants. He didnt care, all he wanted to do is play some more. He did quite well for his first tounament playing Varsity.

Here is a different kind of basketball. This game played at Eli's brothers house, in water.

It's short, but they continued to battle, the young ones won.

Eli and Christian were partners all the way....Eli enjoyed hanging out with his youngest.

Too Much Fun in The Sun

This weekend we all set out for our annual Golf trip to Palm Springs. It was only 114 degrees!!! Even with the extreme heat we had a wonderful time.
Here is the view from our room. We all could walk out to a par 3 and practice daily. We all entered a closest to the hole contest on this hole and Corey won!!! He was so happy. He won a free 4some for all of us to go play later. Come down and we can use it then.

Of course, here is the best picture of all. Believe me when I say I hit a hole in one!! Ha Ha, hopefully on this shot I didnt hit a tree or put it in the lake again. Eli and I tied for the most balls to hit a tree....7 and also the most balls in the water. I wont go into how many times.....it is very sad.

Here Corey is aiming to get on the green in two strokes...yes...he made it.

We call him "Stiff Man". He was suppose to be immitating some animal....you'll have to guess.
Rachel tried to hold it but when she it the water she had an accident. Rach your getting a little to old for that.
Corey shocked me with his brave dives, I think he needs to work on straightening his legs though.
Rachel has great form on this creative jump off the diving board.
Swimming was great fun although I am not smiling. Mom took the picture without telling me...maybe I ought to smile more often just incase someone snaps a picture of me again.

When I arrived, we were able to hang out with Rich and Lynne for a bit but soon they were off to St. George for Heathers volleyball (go Heather) so most of our time we spent with Mom and Dad, Rachel and her boyfriend Jim, Jessica, Dan and cutie Jacob. I really enjoyed sitting around with Mom and Dad for the week. Cooking with mom and walking around the mall with dad. Thanks guys. Here's a few pictures I took.
